Construction on track for 60,000 sq m E-Commerce Logistics Facility Hanover-Messe Germany

Verdion, Europe’s specialist logistics developer and investor, is making strong progress on the construction of its 110,000 sq m (1,184,069 sq ft) high quality logistics project in Hanover Germany with Phase One on track for completion in Q3 2013.

Phase One comprises 59,821 sq m (643,920 sq ft) of built to suit warehouse and office space and is pre-let to Netrada, one of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms specialising in high-end luxury goods. The Company, which operates throughout Europe and North America, selected Verdion as its development and investor partner for one of the largest specialist facilities of its kind in the world.

Situated in a prime location on the edge of an established industrial estate eastward of Hanover’s Weltausstellungsallee, construction work started on site in December 2012.
