The Verdion team is delighted to be shortlisted for the Industrial Company of the Year Award, at the EG Awards 2017.

The EG Awards are designed to “celebrate the best in the property market, rewarding the success of organisations both nationally and globally.”

The judging panel is made up of 22 industry leading experts, whose decisions will be announced in a ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel in London on September 19th. Fingers crossed!

iPort wins Yorkshire Game Changer Award

Verdion has been announced winner of the Game Changer Award 2017 for its work on the iPort scheme in Doncaster, during the 20th anniversary of the Yorkshire Property Awards.

The company was awarded the accolade in a ceremony hosted on May 4th by Variety, the Children’s Charity.

The Game Changer Award recognises projects or deals “which have had a material effect on the surrounding environment or on the market, which are widely recognised in the property sector as worthy of praise, and which show excellence in conception, design and execution”.

Verdion recently announced the second phase of construction of iPort, its £500m, 337 acre logistics park, which connects to the region and wider UK via a Strategic Rail Freight Terminal.
