iPort, Doncaster UK

iPort comprises a 337 acre (136 hectare) greenfield development in Doncaster, South Yorkshire with planning consent and funding in place for up to 6,000,000 sq ft (557,400 sq m) of logistics space. The project incorporates a 35 acre (14 hectare) dedicated strategic rail freight terminal.

Once fully operational, iPort will bring up to 5,000 new jobs to the area. Over 2 million sq ft (184,800 sq m) has already been committed to Fellowes, CEVA, Lidl and Amazon.

Highway access to the scheme is via the Great Yorkshire Way to Junction 3 of the M18 providing direct motorway access as well as a direct link to the Doncaster Sheffield International Airport.

The development of iPort includes the creation of large area enhancement to landscape and ecology habitats in partnership with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
