Ground Breaking at Strategic Denmark Logistics Facility

A ground-breaking ceremony was held this month at Verdion’s new logistics development in Greve, Denmark.

The strategically located 10 acre (4 hectare) site was acquired by Verdion to develop 161,400 sq ft (15,000 sq m) of Grade A logistics warehousing with further future expansion options available. The scheme is let to the world’s largest logistics provider and is being developed to service the storage and distribution needs for a third party – one of the world’s largest healthcare companies and the largest company in the Nordics by market capitalisation.

The facility will provide the very highest Grade A specification, with industry leading technology, operating as a strategic global logistics hub. Completion is scheduled for early Q4 2014.

The scheme has an investment value in excess of €25 million.
