Verdion strengthens asset management team to support growing portfolio
Verdion has appointed Annika Schmelzer as Asset Manager to support the growth of the firm’s real estate portfolio across Germany and the Benelux region.
Based at Verdion’s Frankfurt office, Annika Schmelzer will assist in integrating new properties into the portfolio as well as handling lease renewal and regear negotiations. She will also manage capex projects, working closely with Verdion’s development team.
Annika Schmelzer joins from Deutsche Real Estate AG where she worked in leasing and warranty management. Prior to that, she worked as Property Manager for DGIM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienmanagement mbH. She completed an apprenticeship as a Real Estate Agent at Calibrium Real Estate GmbH in Mannheim.
