Verdion strengthens Frankfurt team as urban logistics activity grows

Verdion has further strengthened the capability of its team in Frankfurt with the appointment of Tobias Passinger as Leasing & Investment Manager.

Tobias Passinger (26) joins from CBRE in Frankfurt where he was a consultant in its advisory and transaction services team, specialising in the industrial & logistics sector. Before that he spent time with JLL and aik Immobilien-Investmentgesellschaft mbH following a Masters degree in Real Estate and Facilities Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz.

His primary focus will be sourcing and executing investment transactions and securing occupiers for our urban logistics and value-add assets currently under development, working closely with Verdion’s business development and asset management teams as our activity across Germany continues to grow.”
