Verdion has appointed Simon Davies to its team in Sweden, increasing its presence in the Nordics and underlining its growing commitment to the region.

Simon joins the business as Technical Development Manager and will support on a number of projects in the country, including Verdion’s developments in Rosersberg and Jönköping – more than 33,000 sq m of speculative Grade A space.

Based in Stockholm since 2013, Simon most recently headed up Technical & Environmental Due Diligence services for Aurora (previously Gardiner & Theobald) and before that helped establish the Dubai arm of architectural and engineering consultancy SSH. He is also experienced in managing large technical teams on highly-complex development projects for sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors, and has extensive experience in the adaptation and fit-out of buildings for international corporate occupiers including Google and Deloitte in Sweden.
